Go Nimbly is hiring a RevOps Solutions Architect (Remote, US or LATAM, EST preferred)

About the Role

Go Nimbly is seeking a RevOps Solutions Architect to help our clients drive revenue by creating frictionless buying experiences and moving toward operational efficiency. You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding the scoping, discovery, and solutioning process, and leading teams through critical architecture decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate early in projects to define solution approaches and ensure work is appropriately estimated.
  • Design solutions for complex workstreams and present them to client teams to build trust and advocate for scalability and best practices.
  • Define architecture principles and standards, owning communication and justification of design decisions.
  • Actively up-level the team by providing ad hoc and ongoing coaching and mentoring on solutions.
  • Act as an ambassador in the Revenue Operations space, staying current on the latest technology trends.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 8 years of experience working with senior Revenue Operations, Systems, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to uncover requirements and design scalable technical solutions.
  • Specialist in one of the following areas: technical architecture, solution architecture, or CPQ.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and a mature perspective on when to use out-of-the-box features, declarative automation, or code.
  • Strong background in lean and agile development.
  • Ability to influence and lead internal and external teams communicating with technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

  • Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect, or on the path to achieving one of these certifications.

Work Mode

This is a remote position open to candidates in the US and LATAM, with a preference for those who can align with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
