About the Role
As a Revenue Operations Manager on the Go-to-Market team, you will construct and manage the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that drive the revenue engine, collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure efficient scaling as the business expands. This cross-functional role encompasses forecasting, Salesforce, commissions, CPQ, territory planning, lead routing, and GTM analytics, with the goal of enhancing team speed, decision-making, and customer experience, directly impacting revenue scaling and company goal execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage GTM forecasting, reporting, and operational planning in collaboration with Sales and Finance to enhance forecast precision and business transparency.
- Develop and refine systems, workflows, and governance for the GTM organization, acting as the main administrator for Salesforce and the revenue technology ecosystem.
- Establish scalable operational initiatives for commissions, CPQ, territory management, lead routing, and pipeline oversight to boost sales productivity and performance.
- Evaluate revenue outcomes, pipeline status, and operational indicators to uncover improvement areas, guide strategic choices, and foster ongoing enhancement.
- Produce training materials, guides, and educational content to assist GTM teams in adopting new procedures and maintaining consistency during expansion.
