Role Overview
This is a senior leadership position at a pivotal point in our evolution. We're transitioning from a project-based structure to a predictable, monthly recurring revenue (MRR) model for professional services. As the leader of this transformation, you will take full ownership of both revenue strategy and the operational systems needed to scale sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the shift from one-time projects to a structured, MRR-focused services business
- Design, implement, and refine the strategy for consistent revenue growth
- Develop and maintain the operational framework that enables reliable service delivery and scalability
- Report directly to the company owner, with full visibility and influence over strategic direction
What We’re Looking For
You have direct experience creating or scaling a services business built on recurring revenue. You're comfortable operating with minimal oversight, making decisive choices, and building structure from the ground up. This role thrives on ownership—ideally, you've worked in lean environments where initiative and accountability drive results.
Work Environment
This is a globally remote role with core collaboration hours between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM Central Time (CT). You’ll work independently while staying aligned with key schedules to ensure seamless coordination across distributed teams.
