Albatross is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager for a hands-on operator role at the heart of our commercial engine. You will own the accuracy, flow, and execution of everything from inbound leads to signed contracts and invoices, running the commercial machine day to day. Your impact is directly visible in revenue velocity and forecast reliability.
What You'll Do
- Optimize and manage our CRM, ensuring pipeline accuracy and acting as the single source of truth for all commercial data.
- Improve workflows to save real time and implement simple automation to reduce manual work and errors.
- Drive impactful deal reviews with clear visibility on status, risks, and next steps.
- Qualify inbound leads, run first discovery calls and initial demos, and route qualified opportunities to relevant sales, product, or finance owners.
- Oversee invoicing, payment follow-up, scheduling, and contract administration to ensure deal progression.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- 5+ years experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Commercial Operations.
- Highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable in execution.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and commitment to data hygiene.
- Proven ownership of pipeline accuracy and deal administration.
- Understanding of GTM data architecture, including funnel metrics, lead tracking, attribution, and data governance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and ability to take ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment.
