Remote (Global) Full-time

Great Question is hiring a Revenue Operations Manager

About the Role

Great Question is looking for its first Revenue Operations Manager to serve as a force multiplier for our revenue organization. In this high-impact, cross-functional role, you will own the systems, processes, and data that power our go-to-market motion, blending strategic vision with hands-on execution to optimize our RevOps stack and adopt AI-native tools.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the full suite of GTM tools, including HubSpot and Apollo, while leading the adoption of next-generation, AI-powered platforms like Clay, Common Room, and Equals.
  • Ensure system reliability, data hygiene, and user adoption through thoughtful configuration, documentation, and training.
  • Partner with vendors to optimize tool performance and evaluate new technologies as needs evolve.
  • Build and scale the technical infrastructure (e.g., workflows, integrations, automations, lead routing, enrichment) that powers go-to-market activities.
  • Design scalable processes that support lead management, deal execution, pipeline growth, and customer retention.
  • Support cross-functional experiments and implement feedback loops that improve efficiency across the GTM funnel.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Equals, ChatGPT, embedded analytics) to accelerate analysis, automate recurring insights, and uncover non-obvious patterns.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks across the funnel and recommend optimizations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models that drive strategic planning and accountability.
  • Support right-side-of-the-funnel analysis, including Product-Led Growth (PLG) metrics like PQLs, CSQLs, and activation behavior.
  • Equip the revenue team with the resources, content, and training plan they need to drive meaningful conversations and close deals.
  • Own sales team onboarding, playbooks, enablement content, and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure messaging and assets are aligned with buyer needs.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS Revenue Operations.
  • Proven success partnering across Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Skilled at prioritizing ruthlessly, making trade-offs, and focusing on what drives impact.
  • Equally comfortable setting GTM strategy and building workflows or pulling data.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-native GTM tools like Clay, Common Room, Equals, or similar.
  • Strong in process design including lifecycle stages, lead routing, sales handoffs, and enablement.
  • Data fluent, with experience in Excel/Sheets, BI tools, and ideally SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo, and other GTM tools.
  • Excellent communicator who can confidently engage executive stakeholders.
