Responsibilities
- Design and manage the go-to-market technology ecosystem to enhance sales effectiveness and support revenue growth.
- Lead system changes to accommodate critical integrations, including enterprise-wide adjustments to pricing models, service offerings, and product packaging.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for escalated issues, focusing on delivering stable, long-term resolutions.
- Evaluate business requirements and operational workflows to identify and implement automation opportunities where feasible.
- Create and maintain data synchronization workflows between the customer relationship management platform and internal systems, ensuring high data accuracy.
- Construct advanced performance metrics and analytics for revenue-related systems to track efficiency and impact.
- Ensure up-to-date, centralized documentation for all system architectures, engineering processes, and operational workflows.
