About the Role

SpecterOps is hiring a Revenue Operations Engineer to play a key role in unifying internal operations as the business grows. This is a high-impact, highly visible position that drives consistent growth and efficiency in the revenue engine by supporting systems, processes, and data.

What You'll Do

  • Engineer our GTM stack to increase sales efficiency and grow revenue.
  • Implement change control to adapt systems for critical integrations, including company-wide updates to pricing, packaging and services.
  • Own technical escalations with an eye for approaching issues with stabilizing solutions.
  • Review requirements and workflows to automate business processes, where applicable and appropriate.
  • Build workflows that synchronize data between our CRM and internal tools with optimal integrity.
  • Develop advanced analytics to measure performance of revenue systems.
  • Maintain & consolidate comprehensive documentation on system architecture, workflows and engineering.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency with GTM technology stacks, including Salesforce CRM systems, order-to-cash platforms, and data integration tools.
  • 5+ years of experience as an engineer in revenue operations and/or business operations role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of the revenue lifecycle and the business logic behind related requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with API integrations and data modeling for pre-and-post sales tools.

  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 base salary, commensurate of experience.
