Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
- Deep experience with CRM and revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation platforms)
- Advanced analytics and reporting skills, with a proven ability to turn data into insight and action
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous problem spaces and apply sound judgment
- Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue processes and commercial performance metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including influencing without authority
- High attention to detail paired with a strategic, systems-level mindset
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a track record of continuous improvement
- Willing to take feedback, learn and grow; an ethos of continuous self-improvement

Structure: The Business Operations Team sits within Morning Consult’s Administration Division and serves as the connective tissue that enables our revenue organization to operate efficiently and scale effectively. We partner across Sales, Research, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and other key stakeholders to improve how we plan, prioritize, measure performance, and execute day-to-day. Our team owns and optimizes the processes, systems, and reporting that power the commercial engine—from lead-to-cash workflows and pipeline governance to forecasting, territory/coverage design, and data integrity. We bring structure to ambiguity, use data to surface insights and opportunities, and translate those insights into practical improvements that increase clarity, accountability, and sustainable growth across the business
