Star Pubs, part of HEINEKEN UK, is hiring a Revenue Management Analyst to join our team. You will transform data into actionable insights and embed best-in-class Revenue Management Growth (RMG) ways of working across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Your analysis will directly influence pricing, promotions, product mix, and trade investments to help the business deliver its revenue targets.
What You'll Do
- Deliver pricing insights based on category, shopper, and market trends, and identify Price Pack Architecture (PPA) opportunities.
- Support the development of Off-Trade promotional strategies, guidelines, and calendars; analyze promotions and translate learnings into clear recommendations.
- Drive mix optimization through advanced analytics by channel and customer, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to translate strategy into execution.
- Support Discounts & Trade Terms strategy by optimizing working vs. non-working spend and promoting pay-for-performance investments.
- Contribute to RMG Funnel initiatives and support Finance with business cases and performance gap analysis.
- Build RMG capabilities across commercial teams through internal education and knowledge sharing on RMG levers.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in FMCG, in areas such as business insights, pricing & promo analytics, or commercial finance.
- University degree in Economics, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with large and complex data sets.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills.
- Proven ability to design analyses, build insights, and communicate results clearly.
- Curious, innovative, and customer-first mindset with high learning agility.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to adapt insights to different audiences.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without formal authority.
- Results-oriented, organized, and able to take ownership.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
