Coupa Software, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Enablement System Administrator specializing in HighSpot to join our Professional Services department. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of our HighSpot platform to drive effectiveness across our revenue-generating teams.
What You'll Do
- Administer, configure, and maintain the HighSpot platform as the primary system owner.
- Collaborate with Professional Services and revenue teams to define system requirements and implement solutions.
- Manage user access, security settings, and data integrity within HighSpot.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track enablement program effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to end-users on HighSpot features and best practices.
- Stay current with HighSpot platform updates and recommend new functionalities.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a system administrator for HighSpot or a similar sales/revenue enablement platform.
- Strong understanding of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and enablement tool integrations.
- Ability to translate business needs from revenue teams into technical configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to system optimization.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located within the United States.
