About the Role
This position is responsible for leading technical programs that enhance product adoption and team enablement through structured planning, cross-functional coordination, and execution excellence. The role requires deep collaboration with engineering and product teams to ensure successful delivery and scalability of initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of technical programs aimed at improving product adoption
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to align on goals and timelines
- Define success metrics and track progress across multiple initiatives
- Identify dependencies and resolve cross-team blockers
- Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps and execution plans
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Lead program reviews and status updates with leadership
- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and quality standards
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
- Mentor team members in program management best practices
- Evaluate risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support change management during large-scale technical rollouts
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans
- Monitor budget and resource allocation for program activities
- Promote a culture of accountability and transparency across teams
- Use data to inform decision-making and course corrections
- Coordinate training and documentation efforts for new systems
- Integrate feedback loops to improve program outcomes
- Ensure consistent application of agile and lean methodologies
