Attentive is hiring a Revenue Enablement Program Manager to develop strategic initiatives that accelerate our revenue teams' success. You will be responsible for creating scalable programs that enhance productivity and drive measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement enablement programs for sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Develop training content, playbooks, and resources to improve team effectiveness
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps and measure program success
- Partner with Revenue leadership to align enablement with business goals
- Manage the rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a revenue enablement, sales operations, or learning & development role
- Strong program management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and report on outcomes
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
