CloudPay Espana S.L. seeks a Revenue Assurance & Controls Analyst to safeguard the business from operational risk and revenue leakage. In this crucial role, you will monitor data integrity, execute control checks, analyze CR/SI and catalogue accuracy, identify leakage patterns, and deliver insights that enhance operational performance.

What You'll Do

Conduct daily and weekly reviews of CR/SI activity to identify leakage or incorrect billing triggers.
Perform pattern analysis to highlight the root causes of revenue leakage.
Work with the Operational Support Supervisor to correct errors promptly.
Track remediation activities and validate outcomes.
Execute regular control checks for catalogue accuracy, pricing, service configuration, and data integrity.
Document control findings, risks, and recommended improvements.
Support internal audit, compliance, and security requirements.
Ensure all updates follow approved governance processes.
Analyze data entry quality trends and highlight recurring issues.
Recommend improvements to SOPs, workflows, and training materials.
Work with the Process Excellence & Governance Lead to embed process enhancements.
Identify operational risks and propose preventative controls.
Develop and maintain leakage, quality, and operational performance reports.
Create dashboards that provide insights into catalogue accuracy, CR/SI trends, and operational KPIs.
Present findings to the Operational Support & Revenue Assurance Lead and Director of BEE.
Support security and compliance initiatives with operational insights and control evidence.
Partner with Delivery Lead during transformation phases by providing impact and risk analysis.

What We're Looking For

Strong analytical skills and experience working with data, reporting, or operational controls.
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Comfortable collaborating with operations, finance, IT, and process teams.
Experience with Excel, BI tools, or data reconciliation.

Nice to Have

Experience in revenue assurance, operations analysis, or similar functions.
Understanding of billing, catalogue, or O2C processes.
