Every is seeking a Retina Clinic Division Manager - North to lead a strategic sales team focused on ophthalmic clinics. You will drive the adoption of capital equipment and associated treatment packages for dry AMD, focusing on long-term revenue growth and clinical impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Retina Clinic Managers responsible for driving sales of capital equipment and treatment packages.
- Lead face-to-face sales efforts for high-value medical devices, targeting both specialty and non-specialty clinics.
- Drive adoption and utilization of Valeda treatment packages to maximize account value and patient benefit.
- Identify key opportunities within accounts and execute tailored sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with clinical stakeholders including physicians, nurses, and technicians.
- Engage with non-clinical decision-makers in procurement, finance, and administration to secure capital approvals and reimbursement.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, proposals, and hands-on demonstrations.
- Provide post-sale training, troubleshooting, and support to ensure successful implementation.
- Partner with marketing, clinical specialists, and service teams to support promotional efforts.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress using Salesforce.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs).
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
- 5 Years of Relevant Experience.
- 3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Sales experience in ophthalmology and/or clinic-based environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performance teams.
- Ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Willingness to travel as required per divisional geography.
