Key Responsibilities - Spearhead multichannel retention initiatives by designing and executing comprehensive strategies that boost customer value and fortify engagement across digital, mobile, electronic communication, social media, and support channels. - Synchronize Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Support, and Technology teams to guarantee seamless implementation of retention strategies. - Monitor project milestones, outcomes, and performance indicators while maintaining comprehensive transparency and interdepartmental communication. - Evaluate customer behaviors, departure patterns, and interaction metrics to uncover expansion opportunities and propose strategic enhancements. - Facilitate comparative testing and experimental approaches to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates. - Develop customer journey visualizations, loyalty frameworks, and post-purchase experience refinements to establish sustained retention. - Generate comprehensive performance documentation and leadership presentations, emphasizing critical insights, challenges, and optimization recommendations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or Data Analytics. - 5+ years of marketing retention expertise, ideally within commercial or consumer market domains. - Demonstrated success in customer lifetime value, loyalty program management, or retention project coordination. - Proficiency with CRM, automation, and analytical platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Google Analytics, and Tableau. - Understanding of intelligent automation or conversational AI technologies represents a significant advantage. - Superior English language proficiency (upper-intermediate to fluent).
