eCom Profits was looking for a Retail Territory Manager, Hudson Valley

As a Retail Territory Manager in the Hudson Valley, you will lead a defined region focused on Home Depot and Lowe's accounts, driving sales performance and executing targeted retail initiatives. Your role centers on building strong relationships with store and district decision-makers while aligning national strategies with local market needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of retail locations, planning and conducting regular in-person visits to support sales execution
  • Analyze point-of-sale data using Salesforce, Power BI, and ShowPad to identify trends, sales gaps, and opportunities for growth
  • Develop customized territory and store-level plans to meet quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Lead the rollout of national promotional events and design localized activations to boost product visibility and sell-through
  • Collaborate with sales operations to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order placement ahead of key campaigns
  • Engage with professional end-users through job site visits, product training, and on-site demonstrations
  • Monitor promotional performance and implement exit strategies for special buy programs
  • Manage travel, demonstration tools, and promotional budgets efficiently to maximize return
  • Participate in monthly district meetings and quality audits to ensure compliance and service standards
  • Use sales enablement platforms to track performance and adjust strategies in real time

Qualifications

You bring 3–5 years of retail sales experience in consumer goods, with a proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office is essential. You are comfortable presenting products, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds during demonstrations. Willingness to travel locally and work select weekends is required. A successful candidate will also pass a drug screening and motor vehicle review.

Work Environment

This is a field-based position with remote work flexibility within the Hudson Valley region. You will operate independently while staying closely connected to regional and national teams. The role requires frequent in-store presence and travel across assigned locations.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range is $68,000–$70,000, with potential for a sign-on payment.
