What You'll Do
- Learn the essentials of retail trade and how Lidl ensures quality, freshness, and cleanliness for a successful shopping experience.
- Assist with stocking and presenting merchandise, baking goods, and operating the cash register.
- Check incoming goods, support inventory counts, and provide customers with advice and assistance.
- In the third year, learn to create staff schedules and lead your first independent shift.
- Participate in training sessions and exciting apprentice projects to further develop your skills.
