In this role, you will engage with customers as a product expert, offering guidance, styling knowledge, and inspiration. You will communicate promotions and events, execute operational tasks efficiently, and represent our brand values to enhance loyalty and drive results.
What You'll Do
- Recognize and assist customers, efficiently select products, and answer questions accurately.
- Provide styling and outfit suggestions using mannequins and displays for inspiration.
- Introduce customers to our membership program to enhance loyalty.
- Utilize omnichannel solutions to create a seamless customer experience.
- Support floor, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house processes.
- Politely respond to internal and external requests.
- Communicate and verify work-related information to provide team support.
