Copeland is hiring a Customer Service Specialist - German Speaking to provide efficient, high-quality service as the vital link between the company and our German-speaking customers. You will join a supportive, growth-oriented environment and work alongside industry experts.
What You'll Do
- Communicate daily with customers via phone and email.
- Accurately process customer orders, confirm pricing, and book orders in our ERP system.
- Coordinate with production to confirm or optimize lead times.
- Manage customer orders from entry through to delivery and invoicing, including global logistics.
- Assist Sales Offices and redirect inquiries to relevant departments.
- Handle various administrative tasks related to customer files and documentation.
- Collaborate with departments such as marketing, logistics, application engineering, and quality.
- Monitor and allocate requests received via our eCommerce platform.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of experience in international sales, customer service, logistics, or transportation.
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Basic technical knowledge.
- Keen focus on detail and strong communication capabilities.
