Company is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at the Monadnock Marketplace location. In this role, you will act as a product expert to guide and inspire customers, enhancing their shopping experience and building brand loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Recognize and assist customers, using various methods to efficiently select products and answer questions.
- Provide styling and outfit suggestions, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration.
- Introduce customers to membership programs to enhance their loyalty.
- Utilize omnichannel solutions to achieve a seamless customer experience.
- Provide support on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, at checkout, and with back-of-house processes.
- Politely respond to internal and external requests.
- Communicate and verify work-related information to provide team support.
