Company is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate (Merchandising) to join our team at the North City Center location. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for customers, acting as a product expert to offer guidance, inspiration, and styling knowledge. Your efforts will deliver excellent service, enhance customer loyalty, and contribute to store success.
What You'll Do
- Recognize and assist customers, using various methods to efficiently select products and answer questions.
- Provide styling and outfit suggestions, using mannequins and displays for inspiration.
- Introduce customers to the membership program to enhance loyalty.
- Utilize omnichannel solutions to achieve a seamless customer experience.
- Provide support to the sales floor, fitting rooms, checkout, and back-of-house processes as needed.
- Politely respond to internal and external requests.
- Communicate and verify work-related information to provide support.
