CVS Health is hiring a Schedule Manager to support enterprise-wide project planning and execution. You will play a key role in the Capital Project Planning department, helping to drive deliverables and meet organizational goals.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning, development, and execution of the overall project schedule for the Enterprise.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Sponsors, Store Layout, Architecture & Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and Merchandising & Construction field teams.
- Drive deliverables and meet established goals.
- Lead and facilitate the Schedule Team in training efforts to enhance skillsets.
- Manage and develop direct reports, including coaching & counseling, feedback, evaluations, and talent development.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of Scheduling Software proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Project.
- 3 years of experience with CPM (Critical Path methodology).
- 3 years of proven time management and organization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects/programs, deadlines, and changes.
- 3 years of analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and forecast delays, assess risks/issues, and recommend mitigation plans.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work history.
Nice to Have
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver status and updates.

The Schedule Team is part of the Capital Project Planning department, which has three core functions: Program Management, Vendor Management, and the PMO. You will report to the Senior Schedule Manager.
