HireHawk is hiring a Retail Sales Analyst focused on the beauty sector to provide deep analytical support for our retail and wholesale partners. This remote role is for a proactive analyst who excels at turning complex sales data into clear, actionable strategies.

What You'll Do

Analyze sales performance across all retail and wholesale partners to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Build recurring dashboards and reporting for sell-through performance, product velocity, partner-level performance, and forecasting signals.
Review wholesale trade show history to identify top-performing sales reps, best-selling products, and surface repeatable playbooks.
Create pre-trade-show business plans including outreach strategies and product focus recommendations.
Monitor and analyze chargebacks, returns, and retailer compliance issues.
Provide clear feedback loops to Product and Operations teams to reduce future chargebacks.
Analyze retail and trade show data to deliver actionable insights supporting the sales manager in creating outreach strategies.
Act as a self-starter by investigating questions the team hasn't asked yet.
Present insights in a way that drives action.

What We're Looking For

3+ years in Retail Sales Analysis, Wholesale Analysis, Revenue Analytics, or Commercial Analytics.
Strong experience supporting US-based retail partners.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Strong ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly proactive mindset; you don't wait for direction to find insights.
Proven experience in sales analytics and retail channel performance.
Experience with trade show analytics and wholesale rep performance tracking.
Ability to analyze retail chargebacks and returns to identify root causes and share insights to prevent future issues.
