What You'll Do
Lead customer interactions with confidence and authenticity, helping shoppers connect with products through knowledgeable, personalized service. Demonstrate product features, fabrics, and fit in ways that resonate with individual needs and preferences.
Support the Store Manager by coaching team members, delivering real-time feedback, and reinforcing best practices in customer engagement. Help train staff on key tools and processes, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and member communication platforms.
Take part in store events, promotions, and community outreach to strengthen local connections and drive brand engagement. Contribute ideas to improve operations, customer flow, and visual presentation in alignment with company standards.
Monitor inventory levels and report supply or training gaps to leadership. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor by following merchandising guidelines and safety protocols. Handle product shipments, including unpacking and restocking, with attention to detail and physical care.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a retail setting
- Proven ability to engage customers and collaborate within a team environment
- Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with diverse individuals
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory procedures
- Ability to stand, move, reach, and lift boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work on-site
- Demonstrated initiative and adaptability in fast-paced settings

Work Environment
