Lead customer engagement and team growth at a leading activewear retail location in Orlando. As a Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping the in-store experience while supporting daily operations and team development at a busy outlet environment.
What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through personalized shopping experiences by sharing knowledge of fabric technology, fit, and product functionality
- Train and support team members through real-time feedback and coaching on customer interaction standards
- Drive sales performance by modeling best practices in service, follow-up, and technology use
- Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with store objectives and customer needs
- Support merchandising standards to enhance product visibility and shopping ease
- Identify and report inventory, training, or safety concerns to management
- Represent the brand at in-store events, promotions, and local outreach initiatives
- Handle physical tasks including lifting boxes up to 30 lbs and extended periods of standing and movement
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of retail experience with a focus on customer service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and coworkers
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with shifting priorities
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory processes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine stocking and setup tasks
Preferred Background
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail
- Personal interest in fitness, wellness, or active lifestyles such as yoga, running, or strength training
