Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic plans for key retail accounts to increase revenue and market share
- Foster long-term relationships with senior retail stakeholders through consistent communication and high-quality service
- Evaluate market trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements to uncover growth opportunities
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional initiatives that support profitability and client satisfaction
- Work with internal departments such as sales, marketing, logistics, and operations to ensure efficient account operations
- Track and assess account performance using sales data and key performance indicators
- Deliver periodic performance reviews, sales forecasts, and analytical reports to leadership teams
- Conduct research on the Mexican retail sector to guide strategic planning and decision-making
- Manage onboarding processes and provide training to retail partner staff on product offerings and systems
- Address and resolve customer concerns and escalated issues promptly and professionally
