About the Role

The Field Officer will conduct field activities including home visits, data collection, and monitoring of program beneficiaries to ensure adherence to project guidelines and timely service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular home visits to enrolled participants
• Verify eligibility and enrollment in the incentive program
• Collect accurate and timely data using mobile devices
• Monitor adherence to immunization schedules
• Provide educational materials to caregivers
• Report field challenges to supervisors promptly
• Maintain confidentiality of participant information
• Coordinate with local health workers and clinics
• Ensure data quality during field collection
• Support verification of service delivery at health facilities
• Participate in weekly team meetings

• Escalate issues affecting program implementation
• Promote program awareness in communities
