BODYARMOR Sports Nutrition (BASN) is hiring a Retail Execution Specialist for the South Brunswick, NJ area. You will amplify brand execution on shelves and displays for BODYARMOR & POWERADE, focusing on merchandising and upselling to drive sales growth within your assigned territory.

What You'll Do

Identify, capitalize on, and negotiate for opportunities to grow the base business, increase sales, and optimize display space.
Assist with the installation and maintenance of creative displays aligned with branding initiatives.
Actively interact with store personnel and consumers to provide in-depth product knowledge and ensure a positive brand experience.
Efficiently execute all sales programs and initiatives, including selling-in promotional programs and ensuring customer compliance.
Partner with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the BASN Field team to execute sales and merchandising plans effectively.
Maintain product inventory levels, minimize out-of-stocks, and uphold company merchandising standards.
Gather and report customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities to internal teams.
Handle territory account maintenance tasks such as checking date codes, managing plan-o-gram adherence, and replacing decals or tags.
Transport, build, and maintain point of sale advertising and coupons for territory accounts as needed.
Utilize company-provided technology for real-time daily reporting and analyze reports to drive in-store success.

What We're Looking For

Must be located in the South Brunswick area or willing to relocate at your own expense.
Strong selling skill set and ability to influence store personnel through fact-based data selling.
Position requires substantial local travel (~75%) within identified territories.
Self-motivated and ability to work independently within a large territory, multitasking across a large number of stores.
Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate successes, challenges, and opportunities verbally and in writing across all levels.
Willingness to understand and engage in the activities BODYARMOR & POWERADE consumers are engaged in.
Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for our brands and their purpose.
Must be able to lift upwards of 25-50lbs with frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling to support product display building and events.
Open to occasional off-hours and weekend work as needed.
Must have a personal vehicle, maintain an excellent driving record, and a valid driver’s license for use during work hours.
Willingness to drive throughout the territory as a primary function of the role, including long distances.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
Entry-level applicants without experience but with a willingness to learn will be considered.
0-2 years’ experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service.

You will partner closely with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the BASN Field team to execute sales and merchandising plans effectively.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000
A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position.

Work Mode

This is a local, in-field role requiring daily travel throughout the South Brunswick, NJ area.
