ZOLL Itamar was looking for a Customer Service Representative Remote

ZOLL Itamar is looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver technical support and customer service for Itamar Medical products. You’ll join a team dedicated to making a difference in patients’ lives by ensuring clinicians and sales representatives can effectively use our medical technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service and technical support for all Itamar Medical products and services.
  • Receive and respond to inbound phone calls and emails, troubleshooting and resolving inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to investigate, assess, and resolve issues per established guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all actions and customer discussions.
  • Understand and educate customers on all Itamar Medical products and services.
  • Retain customers through superior customer service and technical support.

What We're Looking For

  • Two+ years of experience as a customer or technical support representative.
  • Experience working remotely with a dedicated 'at-home workstation'.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard applications: MS Office, Internet Explorer, Remote Support Tools, Windows, SQL.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills for effective phone-based troubleshooting.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work under pressure.
  • A quick learner able to understand a wide range of technical and non-technical topics.
  • Ability to work independently while being an engaged member of a dynamic team.
  • Patience and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 7:00am and 8:00pm.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Salesforce experience.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Itamar Medical team, supporting customers, sales representatives, and clinicians. You’ll report to the Customer Service Manager within a culture that values innovation, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Hourly rate: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
