1931 BA Sports Nutrition, LLC is looking for a Retail Execution Specialist based in Denver, CO. In this role, you will amplify the on-shelf and in-store presence of BODYARMOR and POWERADE brands. Your focus will be execution, merchandising, and upselling to drive growth and maximize brand impact within your assigned territory.
What You'll Do
- Identify and negotiate opportunities to grow the base business, increase sales, optimize display space, and improve productivity.
- Assist with installing and maintaining creative displays aligned with branding initiatives to create consumer disruption points.
- Interact with store personnel and consumers to provide product knowledge and ensure a positive brand experience.
- Execute all sales programs and initiatives, including selling-in promotions and ensuring customer compliance.
- Partner with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the BASN Field team to execute plans, maintain inventory, minimize out-of-stocks, and uphold merchandising standards.
- Gather and report on customer needs, competitive activities, and opportunities for improvement.
- Handle tasks like checking date codes, managing plan-o-gram adherence, replacing tags, and transporting/maintaining point-of-sale materials.
- Utilize company-provided technology for real-time daily reporting and leverage insights for in-store success.
What We're Looking For
- Must be located in Denver, CO or willing to relocate at your own expense.
- Strong selling skills and ability to influence store personnel using fact-based data.
- Ability to travel substantially (~75%) within the territory.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across many stores and multitask effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills, with clear communication abilities across all management levels.
- Willingness to understand and engage with BODYARMOR & POWERADE consumer activities.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the brands’ purpose; energized by store visits.
- Ability to lift 25-50lbs and perform frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling.
- Availability for occasional off-hours or weekend work.
- Must have a personal vehicle, maintain an excellent driving record and valid license, and be willing to drive extensively (including long distances) as a primary function.
- Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy company standards.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States full-time without requiring sponsorship.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service.
