Responsibilities
- Create a customer-focused atmosphere by interacting with clients politely and professionally while resolving concerns quickly.
- Oversee and support the training of Pawnbrokers to ensure their progress aligns with company standards.
- Attract skilled candidates using approved recruitment methods.
- Handle store opening and closing tasks, including counting cash drawers and merchandise, and following procedures to safeguard assets.
- Protect assets through inventory management, property safety protocols, documentation, and securing customer loans.
- Manage store processes and procedures related to inventory, loan handling, merchandising, store appearance, systems, and corporate reporting.
- Review financial reports and enhance profitability through communication and target setting.
- Maintain operational standards that meet or exceed company requirements.
- Evaluate loan approval and purchasing processes to ensure the value and accuracy of all issued loans.
- Complete assigned tasks and training for personal development as directed.
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure they grasp the store's mission and profit goals.
- Stay informed about product knowledge.
- Serve as the manager on duty when the Store Manager is unavailable.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.

Compensation
Payrates will not be below any applicable local minimum wage requirements. Maximum base payrate is derived from the applicant’s previous experience and skill sets applicable to the specific position.
