Groupe Rocher is looking for a Retail Architecture Project Manager to lead the deployment of the HERITAGE concept and retail transformation for Petit Bateau. You will oversee the complete project lifecycle for store development, from initial concept design and planning through to construction and final handover.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce store layout plans according to the concept charter using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models using SketchUp and produce realistic renderings with Vray.
- Assemble presentation files, permit applications, and preliminary and detailed design dossiers (APS, APD).
- Manage project follow-up from preliminary tasks to final delivery.
- Contribute to budget tracking and schedule management.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, internal services, and contractors.
- Conduct on-site construction monitoring, with travel required to sites in France and internationally.
- Work closely within a collaborative team environment.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Interior Architecture.
- Proven experience managing retail projects and construction sites, including store fittings, concept deployment, and construction.
- Strong understanding of the technical and operational challenges in commercial architecture.
- Mastery of software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), PowerPoint, Excel, and organizational tools.
- Ability to steer projects from conception to execution while considering technical, budgetary, and operational retail constraints.
- Rigor and organization, with precise schedule management and prioritization skills.
- Autonomy and responsiveness, with the capacity to make decisions and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders (internal teams, service providers, architects, suppliers).
- An eye for detail and design, balanced with pragmatic retail constraints.

Team & Environment
You will be integrated into the Concept, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Communication Department, reporting to the Retail Architecture and Equipment Manager.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position with project-based travel required to locations in France and internationally.
