Resultant seeks a strategic and analytical Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives supporting business growth across industries. This remote role combines planning with execution, developing campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness, and nurture client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with go-to-market plans and business objectives.
- Translate business goals into data-informed marketing plans and use performance metrics to optimize tactics.
- Lead demand generation initiatives including digital, email, content, and event marketing.
- Use campaign analytics and marketing data to inform decisions and improve ROI.
- Contribute to messaging frameworks, offering positioning, and content strategy.
- Support account-based marketing and sales enablement efforts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Manage content creation, distribution, and amplification for consistency and impact across channels.
- Oversee marketing project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination for effective execution.
- Support go-to-market planning for new offerings and contribute to refining existing marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in consulting, technology, or professional services.
- Proven ability to translate technical or service-based offerings into compelling value propositions for B2B audiences.
- Successful track record leading multi-channel campaigns with measurable business impact (pipeline influence, revenue contribution, client retention).
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives and growth goals.
- Skilled in leveraging data-driven insights to guide decision-making, refine strategies, and optimize performance.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads).
- Hands-on experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise-focused strategies.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across teams and leadership levels.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
