BetMGM LLC is hiring a Responsible Gaming Data Analyst to join our Compliance Analytics team. You will leverage data and analytical techniques to uncover insights, solve problems, and improve efficiencies with a focus on Responsible Gaming initiatives. You'll collaborate across business units to deliver evidence-based findings and help build a data-informed program.

What You'll Do

Analyze responsible gaming data from multiple sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop automation and solutions using technologies like Python and Streamlit.
Build dashboards to reduce manual work and visualize key metrics.
Support data-driven initiatives to improve data visibility and accessibility.
Ensure data quality and consistency through robust documentation and quality control.
Partner with stakeholders to turn data insights into actionable recommendations.
Communicate complex data findings clearly and compellingly.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of data analysis experience, preferably with compliance data.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI.
Ability to read and write notebooks using Python.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining complex data to non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
Ability to adapt to short deadlines using agile methods.
Skill in troubleshooting and resolving bugs.
A curious nature and a drive to solve business problems.
Good verbal reasoning skills and confidence when presenting your work.
A mindset driven by data and statistical findings.
Ability to understand stakeholder problems and provide technical solutions.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship.

Ability to become licensed by jurisdictional gaming agencies, including passing comprehensive background checks.
