TD Bank seeks a Senior Business Information Management Analyst (US) to provide business technical leadership on information management functions that support data and analytics. You will work independently as a senior lead, potentially managing activities related to the analysis, design, and support of business data management solutions on a range of projects.

What You'll Do

Provide expert guidance within projects and change initiatives to support data impact assessments and data risk mitigation.
Design and implement complex business data information management frameworks to meet business requirements.
Analyze business and data requirements to develop complete solutions, including data models, business rules, governance, lineage, metadata, and reporting.
Develop data roadmaps and information management strategies with corresponding technical solutions for integrating, transforming, and managing data.
Drive data-centric solution development focusing on complex data integration.
Adopt the Enterprise Data model in alignment with direction from the OCDO and other data & analytics groups.
Support business teams in the use and understanding of data and reporting solutions.
Support solutions, applications, platforms, and/or tools leveraged across all functional groups.
Lead projects of moderately to complex risk and resource requirements; may lead end-to-end processes or functional programs.
Lead the investigation of root causes for data issues and ensure their resolution.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert to identify risk and provide guidance for complex situations.

What We're Looking For

Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate.
5+ years of relevant experience from a business administration, statistical, mathematical, scientific, or financial background.
Proficient knowledge of various data sources, tools, and technologies used in preparing summaries and reports.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and fluency in one or two programming languages.
In-depth experience working with very large datasets and familiarity with big data technologies.
Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques.
Skill in using computer applications including MS Office.
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships.
Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently.
Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions.
Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
