What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding support to Dutch-speaking corporate clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries related to corporate accounts, product details, and service issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by meeting needs professionally.
- Educate corporate customers about the company's products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to resolve issues and improve service.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service enhancement.
