Softchoice is looking for a Resource Engagement Manager to collaborate with sales and presales teams in identifying consulting and staff augmentation opportunities for customers. You'll engage directly with clients to support their resourcing needs while managing key relationships and driving sales performance.
What You'll Do
- Prospect for new opportunities and present our consulting and staff augmentation program to prospective customers across North America.
- Work closely with sales and presales to identify and validate potential engagements.
- Locate, validate, and present qualified consultants.
- Establish, maintain, and develop effective customer and consultant relationships.
- Manage customer and consultant escalations and establish achievable outcomes.
- Follow and recommend improvements to existing processes focusing on efficiency, revenue growth, and profit optimization.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Take a lead role in running the delivery by working directly with the customer to ensure a successful engagement and CSAT result.
- Schedule, manage, and attend sales calls and identify new opportunities within North America across all vertical markets.
- Advise and partner with account managers to identify opportunities for staff augmentation.
- Perform phone screens, shortlist candidates, lead the interview process, and manage debrief and offer discussions.
- Ensure potential consultants meet or exceed Softchoice quality standards.
- Demonstrate high quality customer service by working closely with Services’ teams and consultants to improve service quality and the overall customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5+ years of recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in business development and account management within IT consulting and/or professional services.
- A strong background in recruiting for complex, technical positions such as Solution Architects, System Engineers, Project Managers, and Program Managers.
- Experience presenting to C-Suite and other decision makers.
- Proven ability to take a lead role in running the delivery of services to complex organizations.
- Ability to build confidence and strong partnerships with customer hiring managers.
- Ability to drive proposal and pricing discussions.
- Experience leading to achieve targeted revenue and margin goals.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as perform effectively in a team oriented environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to manage your time efficiently.
- A college or university degree is desired.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $69,750 to $93,000 annually.
