What You'll Do
- Recommend resort packages and leisure travel options tailored to specific client needs
- Assist with travel quotes, book accommodations, and organize detailed itineraries
- Coordinate transportation, excursions, and resort-specific experiences
- Manage changes or updates to bookings and provide clear pre-travel guidance
- Maintain accurate records of all client communications and preferences
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and comfort conducting thorough online research
- Basic computer literacy, including email, web browsers, and spreadsheets or document sharing tools
- A positive, client-focused mindset and proven ability to meet deadlines
