Residential Surveyor – Medway

We’re looking for an RICS-registered surveyor to conduct residential property inspections across Medway, supporting growing demand from mortgage lenders. This role blends independence with strong organisational support, using iPad-based reporting to streamline your workflow and improve efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out residential property inspections to support mortgage lending decisions
- Prepare Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports to professional standards
- Use iPad technology to complete reports efficiently in the field
- Maintain compliance with RICS CPD requirements, supported by the company
- Work independently from a home-based location, with flexible working options available
What We’re Looking For
- Current RICS registration as a valuer
- Minimum of one year’s experience in residential surveying after qualification
- Proven experience in completing Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports
