Brink is hiring a Residential Manager to be the driving force for innovation at Isano Lodge in Rwanda. You will be an experienced facilitator and ecosystem builder, managing residential programmes and developing our Living Lab to shape the future of innovation in Africa from this unique lakeside location.
What You'll Do
- Lead residentials: Organise and deliver residentials for Brink’s innovation programmes like GoMuhazi and Hanga that support ventures and startups.
- Develop the Living Lab: Build out our model where ventures test ideas with local communities, capturing real-world learning.
- Design immersive innovation experiences: an innovation event series (cross-sector talks, frontier tech, emerging practice), hackathons and challenge sprints, excursions to showcase Rwanda’s culture and natural beauty.
- Host executive education programmes: coordinating with universities and tailoring experiences for executive audiences.
- Explore new opportunities: Help shape and test new offers like immersive innovation experiences, behavioural innovation courses and impact-oriented convenings.

- Are a confident facilitator, with experience designing and leading programmes that inspire and build capability.
- Are a connector, someone with strong networks in Rwanda’s innovation space and an ability to build meaningful partnerships.
- Are entrepreneurial, excited to explore offers and propositions for the Lodge.
- Are energised by in-person work, especially in unique, immersive environments like Isano.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: 600,000 - 750,000 RWF day rate

This role is onsite at our location in Rwanda.
