Responsibilities
- Install, service, maintain, and repair residential elevator systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards, company procedures, and applicable codes.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, builders, and team members.
- Provide accurate updates regarding service issues, repair recommendations, and project status.
- Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas in a clean and professional manner.
- Complete service documentation, work orders, and job-related paperwork accurately and on time.
- Work independently in the field while representing the company professionally.
