Hunt St is looking for a Residential Draftsperson to join our team. You will be instrumental in creating high-quality 2D drawings and 3D renderings for residential renovation and new construction projects. Your role focuses on translating design concepts into accurate technical drawings and visual presentations that meet client expectations.

What You'll Do

Produce detailed 2D drawings and plans for residential renovations and new builds using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Support the design team with drafting, revisions, and technical documentation.
Create 3D renderings using software such as Lumion or Enscape.
Ensure all drawings meet the level of detail and quality required for execution.
Collaborate with the team to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
Deliver project work within agreed timelines.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Draftsperson in residential design or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Extensive experience in joinery design and detailing for residential and commercial projects.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications closely.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently under an Independent Contractor Agreement.
A portfolio showcasing relevant drafting and rendering work.
