The Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is looking for a Residences Manager to oversee all aspects of our residential operation. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless five-star living experience by combining luxury hospitality standards, operational excellence, and high-level relationship management.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in luxury hospitality.
- Proven experience in at least one of the following roles: Front Office Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Rooms Division Manager, or Residences Manager / Property Manager.
Nice to Have
- Experience with long-stay guests or residence owners.
- Experience with VIP and UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) clients.
- Experience with residential operations or hotel condominiums.
