Lola Blankets is hiring a Research & Strategy Advisor for the Schonfeld Family Office. In this role, you will serve as a highly organized, thoughtful, and structured thought partner directly to the Principal across all business and personal activities. You will operate independently from associated hedge fund operations, focusing on long-term strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

Serve as a research-driven thought partner across all aspects of the Principal’s business and personal activities.
Advance multiple projects without significant day-to-day guidance while maintaining clear communication and structured updates.
Work on generational wealth strategy, long-term family planning, and optimize estate and trust structures.
Research tax efficiency and solve for tax leakage.
Analyze portfolio construction and after-tax returns across diversified assets.
Evaluate potential new business lines and strategic pivots.
Study behavioral finance and investor psychology.
Organize and catalog ideas, AI research, and long-term thinking frameworks.
Optimize technology solutions and AI for research and information management.
Provide strategic mentorship support for adult children.
Offer business planning and guidance for family entrepreneurial initiatives.
Conduct in-depth study of multi-strategy hedge funds and competitors.
Analyze how financial firms evolve over decades and create case studies of industry leaders.
Monitor structural shifts within the hedge fund industry and study competitor strategy and positioning.
