Luminis Health is hiring a Research Fellow to conduct clinical research across multiple surgical specialties. You will join a multidisciplinary team to advance scientific knowledge and contribute to educational initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Develop research objectives, projects, and proposals.
- Conduct data collection, statistical analysis, and prepare abstracts and manuscripts.
- Oversee and train undergraduate research interns on data collection techniques.
- Support grant submissions as needed.
- Make presentations at regional and national conferences. Travel is required.
- Attend weekly research meetings and perform other assigned duties.
- Support educational activities within the James and Sylvia Earl Simulation to Advance Innovation and Learning (SAIL) Center.
What We're Looking For
- Possession of an earned doctoral degree from an accredited university.
- Or possession of a degree in medicine from an accredited college or university.
Team & Environment
You will be part of a multidisciplinary research team, working with clinical and research personnel. You will report to the Director of orthopedic and surgery research and attending surgeon mentors.
