Phiture is looking for a Research Assistant to join the In Tandem initiative. This part-time role supports a Researcher-in-Residence on a focused project about teens, technology, and well-being. You will help triangulate youth voice insights with existing research by conducting literature reviews and managing project logistics.

What You'll Do

Conduct focused literature reviews and prepare annotated bibliographies, synthesizing findings from qualitative and quantitative research.
Manage research documentation and coordinate data collection processes for interviews and focus groups.
Provide IRB support as needed.
Provide qualitative research support, including transcript review, content analysis, and memo writing.

What We're Looking For

Background in psychology, developmental science, adolescent development, or a related field.
3+ years of applied research experience in a graduate assistantship or professional setting.
Experience coordinating and managing research project logistics, including organizing documentation, tracking timelines, and managing IRB processes.
Strong ability to critically read, synthesize, and distill findings from qualitative and quantitative research literature.
Excellent written communication and synthesis skills.
Experience with or demonstrated ability to quickly learn collaborative digital tools like Miro and Notion.
Genuine interest in understanding and amplifying young people's perspectives, agency, and well-being.
