ReFED is hiring a Research and Insights Manager to manage research projects and data analysis that generate actionable insights for food waste reduction. You will lead the development of research products and tools to support a wide range of stakeholders.

What You'll Do

Manage research projects from conception to completion, including scoping, planning, and execution.
Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and generate actionable insights.
Lead the development of research products, reports, and tools to support stakeholders.
Communicate complex research findings clearly to diverse audiences through reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to advance research objectives.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in research, data analysis, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex information.
