NielsenIQ is looking for a Research Account Executive to develop clients' commercial activities by analyzing their business, finding strategic opportunities, and providing actionable insights and solutions. You will be central to managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Anticipate potential account risks and propose solutions.
- Develop analysis to identify opportunities and threats to clients' businesses.
- Manage the commercial relationship with customers, addressing their varied requirements.
- Take administrative control of assigned client accounts.
- Train clients on NielsenIQ methodologies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Management, Marketing, Commercial/Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in mass consumption, consulting companies, Retailers, or a related industry.
- Ability to prepare presentations and understand macroeconomic scenarios.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
