Fides Treasury Services AG is hiring a Requirement Engineer & Technical Writer (80-100%) to bridge the gap between stakeholders, development teams, and documentation needs. This role combines requirements engineering, technical writing, and business analysis to ensure clear communication, accurate specifications, and high-quality deliverables throughout the product and service lifecycle within our fast-paced, client-first environment.

What You'll Do

Gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for development teams and maintain traceability of requirements.
Create and maintain user manuals, release notes, and technical documentation for both client-facing products and internal systems.
Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate this information into simple, detailed, accessible content.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement validation sessions.
Own and develop innovative approaches for improvement of product & services including documentation.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration.
Minimum three years of relevant work experience in requirements engineering and technical writing.
Certification in Business Analysis and/or Requirements Engineering.
Familiar with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and other documentation and modelling tools (e.g. Office suite, XML/UML, BPMN, Enterprise Architect).
Experience with payment industry-related terminology and phrasing.
Experience in dealing with development teams and business analysts to gain product and service background knowledge.
At least C2 Proficiency level both English and German.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative environment both on-site and remote.
