Advocate Health is hiring a Representative I PACT to be a vital connection for patient care. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by effectively answering calls and navigating enterprise resources to fulfill patient requests. Your goal is to achieve one-call resolution and ensure patient satisfaction, working within our primary care call center.

What You'll Do

Utilize a telephone answering platform to efficiently handle calls for multiple areas using standard greetings and protocols.
Facilitate patient requests in a safe manner, engaging active listening and critical thinking to identify needs.
Process calls per appropriate service line guidelines to achieve departmental goals.
Maintain expert working knowledge of database applications while ensuring patient privacy.
Work as a team player while consistently achieving departmental goals and metrics.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree
Superior customer service skills and/or call center experience
One year in a medical office or healthcare environment
Experience with computer applications, preferably Microsoft Office, CRM Software, and EMR Software

Work Mode

This is a full-time day shift role operating in a remote work mode. Candidates must be residents of Georgia.
