RemoteVA PH is hiring a Customer Care and Dispute Resolution Specialist. You will use voice and video communication via Zoom to deliver excellent customer service, resolve disputes effectively, and strengthen customer relationships, directly contributing to our brand's reputation.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via Zoom, providing immediate assistance.
- Resolve disputes and complaints with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a professional demeanor throughout all video and voice interactions.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for resolving disputes.
- Provide clear and concise information to customers about products and services.
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer care and dispute resolution.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English with a very neutral accent.
- Strong experience in customer service and dispute resolution.
- Familiarity with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools for professional communication.
- Proficient typing skills and experience with CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience while working with customers in conflict.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort being on camera during shift hours, maintaining a professional appearance.
