Ash & Harris Executive Search is recruiting for a Mechanical Design Engineer to design custom structural metal products in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. In this role, you will oversee projects from concept to completion, supported by a stable and collaborative work environment that values work/life balance.
What You'll Do
- Design one-of-a-kind structural metal products using AutoCAD and 3D CAD software
- Oversee multiple engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery
- Collaborate with fabrication teams to ensure manufacturability and efficiency
- Apply knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in integrated designs
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years in mechanical design engineering
- 2+ years in structural metal product design and fabrication
- 2+ years in AutoCAD (2D) and 3D CAD modeling
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (No visa sponsorship)
- Must reside within 45 minutes of Caledonia, WI (No relocation)
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Stable work history with proven project management skills

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $70,000 – $86,500 per year
